The Role

We are looking for a full time KYC Review Agent to help us assisting Taptap Send customers in verifying their account under a strict KYC process. We need someone that is patient and attentive to details and will enjoy communicating with customers on a daily basis. Shifts would be from Thursday to Monday.

  • Manage the collection and maintenance of client's ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) information by reviewing and authorising documentation sent by customers;
  • Maintaining and updating KYC processes on Taptap Send customers’ account records and ensuring that they are accurate;
  • Issuing appropriate information and guidance to customers;
  • Efficiently dealing with general day-to-day ad-hoc queries regarding the KYC process;
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc reviews/projects that the KYC department is required to carry out;


  • Fluent or native French and fluent Italian
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Preference for interacting over the phone with people all day in a high-paced environment
  • Willingness to work week-end hours
