About Us

Taptap Send is an app that allows customers to send money to Africa instantly and much more cheaply than using existing services. Taptap Send is growing quickly and we need help on answering our customers' queries and assisting them in using Taptap Send.
 

It is mandatory for this role to speak fluent or native French and Italian.

 

The Role

  • Be the face of Taptap Send to our customers - assist them by taking phone calls, answering emails and replying to incoming chats
  • Resolve inquiries and escalate issues
  • Suggest improvements to our processes, policies, documentation, etc.
  • Flexible working hours

You must have

  • Fluent, ideally native French and Italian
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Some experience in a customer experience or customer support role
  • Preference for interacting with people all day in a high-paced environment
